2.2. Used or Altered Products: Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Return Process

3.2. Return Authorization: Our customer support will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.

3.3. Return the Product: Carefully package the product in its original condition and send it to the provided return address.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Eligibility: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

4.2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5.2. Size or Fit Issues: If the product is being returned for size or fit issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5.3  Exchange/Replacement Product Delivery Timeframe

Once your exchange or replacement request is approved, the new product will be dispatched and delivered to your address within 7-12 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the product.
